As for the article about emails i have to say i am so sick of hearing that kind of stuff. I feel like im constantly surrounded by people putting in their two cents about what is now dead or obsolete before they have even hit the decline. Yes the personal use of email has gone down but thats because people don't want to email what could otherwise have been said in a two second text or IM. But when they want to write a lengthy response or want to send a serious amount of information emails are still used a lot. And who texts or tweets at work? no one. thats because we still use emails. And we still use physical mail as well for sending packages and billing information etc. So people have said print is dead, email is dead and i've even heard the web is dead and they all seem to be pretty alive right now.

blog following
I chose to follow gizmodo because it is one of the most amusing blogs i've ever seen. Every day has several different components made by different people to the post. But the recurring theme overall is innovation. Subjects that are blogged about range from science to art, technology, social networking and more. It is very well organized so i never felt lost or impatient (which i easily do feel when it comes to blogs). I'm not one to care about people's opinions, but the things presented in this blog were so original and uniquely placed that i found myself curious as to what was said. I enjoyed following this blog and will definitely continue to follow it.
