Video game blog

The blog that I choice to read for a week was Thatvideogameblog.com. Thatvideogameblog or (TVGB) had many channels of communication inside it. Not only did it post something every day, it usually post a few blogs a day. How the site/ the posts work is that they post a blog and it has a leading image relating to the blog. A featured one for today was a blog about how FIFA 11's launch was the 3rd biggest in UK's history, number one and number two going to Modern warfare 2 and GTA 4. After the article it leaves you a area in which you can comment on the blog and give your own 2 cents on the subject leaving another window of communication. This is a interesting way of communication because it leaves the readers to interact with each other as they read the post and other people's comments. You can follow it on twitter to get the posts you see on the website also. On the top of the blog they give you feature news articles that relate to video games which keeps you updated on more video game information. I think the way the blog uses it channels of information is very appropriate. It uses images and articles to inform you and gives you the option to comment and talk to other bloggers which works in this setting. I found this blog interesting and very informational and fun after a weeks time and I think I will be reading more into it.
