trumping email

I personally do not think email will be taken out of the picture anytime soon. Before I started my college education I probably only checked my email maybe once a month, if that. Now ever since i've been a freshman here at Philau, my university email has been my homepage. All of the most important information I need to know my professors send me through that email, even my parents sometimes contact me through that. I never get any serious messages through texting, facebook statuses, or twitter posts. All the serious business seems to be taken care of through email or direct phone calls, and thats why I do not think email will be taken out of the picture anytime soon.

As for the blog I chose to read, I chose grind tv's skate blog. As of right now the biggest things happening in the skate community would be Street League, and Battle at the Berrics 3. Street league has already come to an end and has been aired on ESPN2 with Shane O'neil finally taking first place. As for BatB3, it is closely nearing the end, with PJ and P-rod in the finals. To be honest I didn't really enjoy reading the blog becuase skating is a topic that is better watched than read about. The Berrics is pretty much a video blog for skateboarding, but since the assignment was to read one, I opted not to chose it.
